The quality of her drawing was clearly revealed to the mind or the senses in all the media in which she worked, notably pastel. She was particularly associated with the theme of mother and child.

Alfred Sisley was an Impressionist leader. He is a British painter. Although overshadowed in his lifetime by monet and renoir. He was a typical representative of the Impressionist movement. He was almost exclusively a painter of landscape.
